Please note that AR Lawn Fabric maintains a Strict No-Return / No-Refund Policy. We do not offer cash refunds or order cancellations once dispatched. However, we are happy to assist you with a 100% Item Exchange for size issues or manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery.

Our Item Exchange Guarantee

At AR Lawn Fabric, we guarantee authentic luxury quality. If you receive a damaged article, missing piece, or incorrect size, you can request an item exchange within 15 days of receipt.

Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original branded packaging with all tags intact.
Custom stitched items cannot be exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email at supportarlawnfabric@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the issue.
Wait for our team to approve your exchange request (usually within 24 hours).
Ship the item back to our Exchange Center address provided by our support team.

Note: Return shipping costs for sending the item back for exchange are paid by the customer unless the item delivered was defective.
